Even though I'm long overdue for a closet clean-out, I can't bring myself to clear out my handbag bin. I prefer to use the term "collector" over "hoarder" when describing the tens of bags I've added to my wardrobe over the last few years, even though my boyfriend would disagree. Did I take over one of our tiny closets to store just my handbags? I plead the Fifth.

While one of my New Year's resolutions was to limit the number of purses I own at the start of the year, I must admit these Nordstrom finds are tempting. Nordstrom's clothing is some of the best out there, but after spending hours scrolling through the retailer's handbag offerings, I'm pleasantly shocked at the number of chic and affordable bags that work for every lifestyle and price point. Some of the best statement bags are ringing in under $50, while classic silhouettes from designer labels are nowhere near the four-figure investment price range everyone associates with quality. Payday is on the horizon, and I know exactly where my money will go.

Below are the best affordable Nordstrom handbags at every price range, including tons of great finds under $50 and $100.
